In particular, to implement the plan, the Provincial People's Committee requires departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts and cities to regularly disseminate information on international economic integration and guide the implementation of integration commitments for local people and businesses; encourage the wider, more active and proactive participation of the private sector, industry associations, socio-political organizations and people in understanding and implementing international commitments in international economic integration; improve the business environment towards simplicity and transparency. Accompanying and supporting businesses to seize opportunities to develop and improve their competitiveness, take advantage of a large amount of investment capital, technology, knowledge, management experience to create more jobs and increase income for people to stabilize social security. Besides, accompanying and supporting businesses in the process of integration and development of commitments on international economic integration, promptly listening to opinions and feedback of businesses on policy issues and problems in international economic integration and in the process of negotiating and implementing Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to finding and expanding export markets for the provincial goods, participating more deeply in the value chain, domestic and international production networks, improving the export value of key products to contribute to the transformation of economic structure in a positive direction.
