December 4 – The Steering Committee for mass movement of solidarity to build cultural life held the first festival of typical cultural villages.

Since the early morning, the hall of the Provincial Guest House Ắc quy xe máy had been mostly crowded. The contest attracted many non-professional artists from cultural villages and street population groups of 10 districts and the city. In this contest which was organized in the form of theater/ stage performance, each team represented/ performed with three consecutive parts of competition, including: Greetings, knowledge and aptitudes.

The total time for each team’s performance was expected máy xay chả lụa not to exceed 30 minutes, and the maximum score for their three performances would be 50. The diversity of regional traditional performances including telling tale, Vietnamese chanty, Quan ho folk songs or “ca tru” folk songs left deep impression on audiences. This contest contributed to popularizing rules, regulations and standards for cultural titles; living a cultural life in holding funeral, wedding ceremony and festivals; expressing honor to the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, the protection of sovereignty of border and islands, sap vuot toc nam and keeping the environment green, clean and beautiful.

At the end of the contest, five A-standard Tinh dầu dừa awards of groups of non-professional artists were presented to the villages and quarters including: Tram, Phuc Son commune (Tan Yen district); Lim, Giap Son commune (Luc Ngan district); the fourth quater, An Chau Town (Son Dong district); De Nam quarter, Cau Go Town (Yen The district) and Tan Ninh street population groups (Tran Phu ward, Bac Giang city). In addition, five B-standard awards for the whole delegations and other A and B standards were awarded to the outstanding groups for their excellent performance.
