In implementation of the Plans on external information and cultural diplomatic strategy of Bac Giang province in the period of 2014-2020, Department of Foreign affairs (DOFA) takes charge of the quarterly publication of the external affairs bulletin of the province. Since September 2014, there have been 8 editions published in 2 languages (English and Vietnamese) with 700 copies for each edition. The bulletin aims to propagate and disseminate guidelines and policies of the Communist Party and the State; inform the provincial foreign affairs activities; introduce potentials, strengths, and incentive investment policies and promote the image of a dynamic, potential and hospitable Bac Giang; share experiences in foreign affairs as well as feelings and aspirations of the Overseas Vietnamese. It has attracted much interest, acknowledgement and high appreciation from domestic and overseas readers.

Implementing the policy on thrift practice and anti-wastefulness in 2016 of Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee while continuing to meet the demand for external information of readers and overseas Vietnamese, Bac Giang DOFA would like to inform the change in publication of this bulletin as follows:

- Stop publishing "Bac Giang External Affairs Bulletin" in printing to all agencies and units;

- Publishing "Bac Giang External Affairs E-Bulletin" on website of Department of Foreign Affairs at http://songoaivu.bacgiang.gov.vn

We are pleased to announce the agencies, units and individuals to continue following, giving feedback and making contribution to Bac Giang External Affairs Bulletin.
